The Managing Director of Ark is Arnold Khoo. Starting from an engineering background, Arnold has accrued diverse experience in the computer industry such as Computer Graphics, Geographic Information Systems, Software Product Development and has held positions equally as diverse from Systems Manager, Lecturer, Regional Product Manager and Business Process Reengineering Consultant. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Arnold is responsible for strategy, financial management and overall performance of the company. Linda Lim is also director and principal consultant of Ark and has also more than 20 years of IT industry experience. She began her working career at IBM. After an MBA in Computing at the London School of Economics (LSE), she moved into education, and has taught graduate courses with the Singapore Institute of Management, and the Open University program and also Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) business and computing courses. She was with the Centre of Computer studies in Singapore for 13 years, primarily in the Database Management Systems unit in both the diploma and Advanced Diploma courses. The Manager for Software Development is Eric Lim, who has been with Ark since 1989. He has been involved in the design and development for many of Ark's  products, continually leading teams in product development. Apart from technology, Eric is also country manager for Singapore. From its 3 ASEAN offices in Singapore, Cambodia and Vietnam,  Ark has over 30 people and expects to increase substantially in the next 5 years, especially in Cambodia. The main sphere of business for Ark Infoware is East Asia, particularly the ASEAN region. The Israeli subsidiary allows Ark to have access to leading edge technology and also market access to Israel.Together with it’s own and complementary represented products, Ark provides a wide range of technology based professional services encompassing consulting, software development and systems integration and outsourced maintenance.
